I bumped into this wonderful model at the opening of the
Museum of Ventura County Agriculture Museum, the perfect place to get a hug from a friend of agriculture. He and his wife have been supporting the 4-H program in Santa Paula for more years than they would probably admit. And #17 served on the Ventura County Fair Board for years as well.
This is a man who loves his own kids, and still has time for all of ours as well. I never see him without him asking about each one of my kids by name.

| I forgot to photograph the first day's work, so this is step two. |

| Don't you want a hug, too? |
I can't resist adding some images from the Agriculture museum opening.

Cousin Karen's granddaughter trying on some "farm" clothes.
Karen's dad was one of the original farmers who supported the idea of an ag museum |

My son, Nate, director of the Agriculture Museum, talking to Kate Larsen.
And yes I am proud of him! |
